Outbound Logistics Lead (m/f/d)
About the Role
In this role, you will own and coordinate all outbound shipments across Europe, the UK, and Ukraine. You will ensure the reliable delivery of robotic systems, spare parts, demo equipment, trade show materials, and other mission-critical goods to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with Production, Project Management, Procurement, and Trade Compliance, you will build scalable logistics processes and help establish a small logistics team as ARX continues to grow.
What You'll Build
Plan and execute national and international shipments across Europe, the UK, and Ukraine
Coordinate the delivery of robotic systems, spare parts, demo equipment, trade show materials, and other operational goods
Prepare shipping and customs documentation and file export declarations, based on the classification and clearance provided by the Trade Compliance team
Manage freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs brokers/ manage customs filing in-house where required
Track shipments and proactively resolve transport and customs issues
Coordinate shipment readiness with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams
Maintain logistics records, KPIs, and shipping documentation
Continuously improve logistics processes and delivery performance
Support the development and future leadership of a small logistics team
What You Bring
Experience in logistics, shipping, customs execution, export operations, or supply chain management
Strong hands-on experience with international shipments and freight forwarding
Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, shipping documentation and Incoterms
Excellent organizational skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication skills in German and English
Experience in manufacturing, defense, robotics, automotive, or other technical industries is a plus
Initial leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a team lead role
