Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with Product Manager and SME; Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson; Translate SME materials into clear, learner-friendly educational content; Design practice exercises and learning aids; Collaborate with the production team to create visual content; Audit existing courses for cognitive load, difficulty, and alignment with goals; Work with student feedback and SME recommendations for continuous improvement; Adapt course materials for different target audiences (onboarding, certification, etc.); Maintain a backlog of improvements and keep course documentation up to date.
