Responsibilities
Assist in daily workflow planning by reviewing production volumes, setting processing priorities, and coordinating with Site Operations Lead in reassigning work as needed; Anticipate operational risks and constraints, including volume fluctuations, staffing shortages, equipment downtime, and workflow bottlenecks, and recommend contingency plans; Maintain production tracking and end-of-day reporting, including completed volumes, exceptions, unresolved issues, identified risks, and next-day priorities; Coordinate employee onboarding activities in partnership with the Verra Mobility Supervisor; Respond to client, customer, and internal processing-related inquiries; Field, investigate, and resolve escalated inquiries from internal departments; Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding operational efficiencies, workflow improvements, and process enhancements; Partner with external vendors, subcontractors, and business partners; Support and lead special projects, operational initiatives, and internal assignments; Oversee daily office operations and provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Supervisor; Process violations, print, mail, or other operational work as needed; Serve as the initial point of contact for temporary team members; Collect, analyze, and distribute daily operational metrics and performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders; Regularly review processor performance, particularly for temporary staff, and conduct side-by-side coaching, shadow sessions, and developmental training.
