Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled remote rounds to review health of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems; Monitor critical assets including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, and cooling towers; Identify deviations and early-warning signatures in telemetry; Serve as first responder for infrastructure alarms and initiate response actions; Escalate incidents to on-site teams and leadership; Coordinate incident response across multiple sites; Dispatch and remotely support on-site technicians and vendors; Support root cause analysis with logs and documentation; Maintain event logs and participate in shift handovers
