Responsibilities
Issue material requests to the warehouse or for purchase/manufacturing; Monitor the purchasing process until material availability; Monitor collection and delivery of materials by the warehouse; Handle storage and correct stocking of materials from warehouse availability to final delivery; Receive and dispose of surplus materials from maintenance interventions; Perform compliance inspections upon receipt to verify basic measurements and usage specifications; Distribute materials to maintenance areas according to requested quantity and specifications; Collaborate with inventory monitoring; Follow up on material warranty; Participate in material coding; Collaborate technically in material specification for interventions; Update the computerized maintenance control system; Process the Maintenance Order portfolio.
