Responsibilities
Configure SailPoint ISC tenant components including source connectors, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies; Perform custom development and scripting using SailPoint ISC Transforms, Native and Connector Rules, and REST API integrations; Design and develop custom on-premises, virtual appliance-based, and SaaS application connectors; Coordinate with SailPoint on SaaS platform updates, feature releases, and tenant health monitoring; Develop and execute functional, smoke, and regression testing; Support the development of Application Factory processes and integration templates; Proactively monitor and troubleshoot ISC tenant health, integrations, provisioning workflows, access requests, and identity data quality
