Responsibilities
Lead RF package component and SSD qualification testing including measurement execution, data analysis, and reporting. Develop, validate, and maintain EMI and Signal Integrity test methods, specifications, and procedures. Apply automotive quality standards, including AEC-Q100 requirements, to qualification testing and documentation. Design, develop, and maintain laboratory software tools to support testing, automation, and data analysis. Design, maintain, and enhance test hardware and laboratory infrastructure to ensure reliable measurements. Partner with internal and external customers to address technical requirements and communicate test results. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on test processes, equipment efficiency, and overall quality.
