Responsibilities
Partner with CFO on board decks, investor updates, and KPI reporting; build and own annual budget, quarterly re-forecast, and 3–5 year long-range plan; own company-wide headcount and workforce planning; serve as finance partner to Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Category leaders; build business cases for growth expansion; build, hire, and mentor the FP&A and strategic finance team; own the finance systems roadmap including planning tool selection, BI layer, and data pipeline implementation.
