Translate customer contract milestones into internal production schedules; develop cross-program priority and sequencing decisions under capacity constraints; define and maintain master scheduling parameters (horizons, fences, lot sizing); lead weekly schedule reviews and monthly capacity planning; identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation strategies; provide functional direction to Production Planners; own schedule performance metrics and present root cause analysis to leadership; support ERP/MES implementation scheduling workstream; maintain lot and batch scheduling integrity for energetics programs
