Maintain accurate company-wide master production schedule across all facilities and product lines; Translate bookings and customer demand into executable production plans; Analyze available versus booked capacity to identify overbookings, bottlenecks, and execution risks; Develop and maintain quarterly production and shipment forecasts; Monitor actual performance against plan and update forecasts; Identify critical path constraints across Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management; Recommend production pull-ins, push-outs, labor balancing, and prioritization adjustments; Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain schedule adherence; Facilitate planning reviews and communicate risks to leadership; Develop dashboards and analytics for capacity, bookings, and revenue projections; Improve scheduling methodologies and forecasting accuracy.
