2–4 years of experience in OT/ICS security or related industrial environments, Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, and OT technologies, Familiarity with ICS communication protocols (e.g., MODBUS, DNP3, S7), Experience securing IT/OT communication flows, Proactivity and strong willingness to learn
Preferred skills
Knowledge of European directives and OT cybersecurity regulations, Certification such as IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist

Responsibilities
Designing, implementing, and supporting OT security architectures for client environments, Participating in OT/ICS security projects, audits, and assessments, Ensuring the protection of communications between IT and OT domains, Providing consulting on ICS/SCADA systems, industrial networks, and OT best practices, Contributing to documentation, security policies, network segmentation strategies, and architecture reviews, Potential involvement in pre-sales discussions, proposals, and solution presentations, Collaboration with the Cybersecurity team in Portugal and close interaction with the team in Spain
