## About the role We're hiring a System Administrator to manage and migrate Microsoft-centric infrastructure for our clients. You'll own cloud migrations, server administration, and escalated technical issues end to end. ## Responsibilities - Plan, document, and execute mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365 (from Exchange Server, GoDaddy, Google Workspace) using tools like BitTitan MigrationWiz - Administer Azure and Office 365: VPN setup, server migrations to Azure, Intune policy configuration - Manage Windows Server environments (2012–2022): Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file servers, failover clusters - Handle Exchange Server and Exchange Online deployments, upgrades, and hybrid setups - Configure firewalls (SonicWALL, Meraki), NAT rules, and site-to-site / point-to-site VPNs - Run on-prem to cloud migrations (file servers, Exchange) including SharePoint / Azure File Share - Take ownership of escalated tickets and client onboarding/offboarding ## Requirements - 4–5+ years in system administration, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment - Hands-on M365, Azure, and Exchange (on-prem + online) experience - Comfortable with RMM/PSA tools: ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, Autotask, NinjaOne, or ManageEngine - Virtualization experience: VMware and/or Hyper-V - Microsoft certs a strong plus (MS-203, AZ-900, AZ-104) - Strong documentation habits and the ability to work independently under pressure ## Nice to have - If you feel like you could be a good fit and learn things asap, apply and we can see how it goes
