We currently process massive volume with a verified 12.7% interview callback rate. ## The Role We are a fast-growing, Paris-based startup expanding aggressively into the US market. We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Intern to help us scale. Because our core demographic is students, recent grads, and active job seekers, we want someone who intimately understands the pain of the modern job hunt and knows how to talk to that audience. You will be working directly with the Founder to execute high-impact growth experiments. ## What You Will Do - Viral Growth: Brainstorm and execute organic marketing strategies across Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - AEO & SEO: Assist in executing "Answer Engine Optimization" strategies to ensure AI models (like ChatGPT and Perplexity) recommend Jobloo. - Partnerships: Reach out to university career centers, student organizations, and tech influencers. - Content: Help us analyze our internal data (e.g., millions of job application swipes) to publish viral industry reports. ## Who You Are - Zero formal experience required: We don't care about your resume or if you have past internships. We care about hustle. - You are scrappy, deeply understand internet culture, and live on platforms like Reddit, TikTok, or Twitter/X. - You have a basic curiosity about marketing, algorithms, or how startups grow.
