## About the Role LiaHia is a reverse‑recruiting agency supporting jobseekers across the U.S. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients — ensuring smooth onboarding, weekly updates, expectation management, and coordination between coaches and recruiters. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages details well, and enjoys supporting clients. ## Responsibilities - Client Onboarding — Guide clients through setup, expectations, and workflow. - Weekly Updates — Provide structured progress reports. - Expectation Management — Ensure clients understand timelines and deliverables. - Issue Resolution — Handle concerns and escalate when needed. - Team Coordination — Work with Reverse Recruiters, Coaches, and Operations. - CRM Management — Maintain accurate client records. ## Requirements - 2–4+ years in client/ customer success, account management, customer support, or recruiting coordination - Excellent English communication - Strong organizational skills - Experience with CRMs or project management tools ## Compensation & Hours - $8–$12 USD/hr - Hours vary based on client load - Hours are not guaranteed - Freelance / contractor role
