## About the Role Following the "Social Banker" thesis, we believe the best people to scale AI for finance are those who have lived the "deterministic" nature of the industry. We are recruiting junior-to-mid-level professionals (PE Associates, Investment Bankers or Consultants) and teaching them "Sales 101/Enterprise 201". As a founding Engagement Manager, you are a "value-added systems integrator". You won't just sell a tool; you will lead white-glove implementations, scoping a firm's recurring workstreams and "whipping the AI into shape" to ensure its output mirrors the firm's specific style, format and decision-making rigor. ## Responsibilities - Whip the AI into Shape: Lead 60-to-90 day pilots where you configure agentic workflows (Deal Screening, IC Prep, Diligence Blind-Spot Finder) to match the customer's specific style and "color palette". - Orchestrate the Deal Lifecycle: Move beyond "Q&A speed-up" to automate end-to-end workflows, including buyer outreach, IC memo construction, and portfolio monitoring. - Strategic GTM: Partner directly with the CEO to navigate the bureaucratic and political hierarchies of PE firms, building "custom maps" of the organization to find true champions. - Product Obsession: Become the number one user of Klypp. - Your ability to pivot a demo on the fly and show a prospect a "direct hit" of insight is your primary commercial tool. - Change Management: Act as a strategic partner, helping firms rethink their organizational structure to "ride the current of AI" rather than just bolting it onto old processes. ## Requirements - Industry Native: 2–4 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or top-tier Consulting. You have lived the "please fix" days and understand the "rock-fetching" nature of the analyst role. - High Agency & Urgency: You don't ask to put a meeting on the calendar for next week; you get it on for tomorrow or Friday. - AI-Native Judgment: You have "good taste" and "good judgment" when interacting with LLMs. - You understand that finance is deterministic but AI is probabilistic, and you can bridge that gap for clients. - Commercial Credibility: You can speak "banker-to-banker". - You have the instant rapport needed to convince a skeptical MD that AI is a "smart new analyst" who just needs to be trained. ## What We Offer - Founding Equity: We are building a "winner-take-most" platform at the center of the financial network. This is an equity-heavy role for a true partner who wants to own a piece of the next multi-billion dollar intelligence platform. - Career Transformation: Leverage 100% of your finance skills while mastering the commercial engine of the most important sector of the next decade. - The "Platform" Moat: Sell a product with a structural advantage, our Knowledge Graph connects everything, replaces nothing and captures the "unlogged intelligence" that no document-only competitor can replicate. ## About the Company Klypp is the decision intelligence layer for Private Equity, purpose-built to transform the entire deal lifecycle. While traditional finance tools capture "artifacts": documents already written or records already entered, Klypp unifies the three parallel tracks of high finance into a single, PE-specific knowledge graph: - Document Intelligence: Deep analysis of CIMs, QofE reports, and complex Excel models. - CRM & Relationship Data: Record-level integration with systems like DealCloud and Affinity to track deal notes and pipeline stages. - Conversation Capture: Live intelligence from video meetings, phone calls, and email threads. By unifying these layers, Klypp enables Cross-Modal Intelligence, the unique ability to detect if what was said in a management presentation matches what was written in the CIM and what was logged in the CRM. We deploy "Cloud-Prem," running entirely within the customer's own Azure or GCP tenancy to solve the extreme infosec "antibodies" of the financial sector. ## How to Apply Send us a note with your background and one "impossible" question you would love an AI to answer during a PE diligence process
