Responsibilities
Lead development and maintenance of integrated Level 3 and Level 4 project schedules; Establish and govern schedule management processes, standards, coding structures, calendars, and baselines; Coordinate schedule alignment across Program Schedule Lead, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams; Lead Facilities Readiness schedule development and breakthrough tracking; Review contractor baseline schedules and updates, facilitate weekly and monthly schedule reviews, and supervise performance against approved baselines; Perform critical path, fragment, and what-if analyses; develop forecasts; and prepare dashboards, achievement reports, and executive presentations; Be responsible for the schedule risk management process—identification, assessment, tracking, and mitigation; Lead schedule impact assessments for changes, delays, and disruptions; evaluate contractor Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims; maintain documented, auditable schedule change logs.
