A good idea can ship in days. We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager & Designer to own the space between product direction and developer-ready work. You'll work directly with the founder to shape features, design practical UIs, and make sure what gets built actually solves the problem. If you want real ownership and a short path from decision to shipped product, this is it. ## Responsibilities - Turn product direction into clear specs, user flows, and acceptance criteria - Design new features and improvements in Figma using our existing component library - QA shipped work from a product and UX perspective - Help prioritize based on customer feedback, support conversations, and product gaps ## Requirements - Experience in product management, UX/UI design, or a hybrid role - Strong product judgment and attention to detail - Comfortable working with technical B2B SaaS products - Writes requirements developers can act on without follow-up questions - Works well independently in a remote, async environment ## Nice to have - Background in DevOps, incident management, monitoring, or ITSM - Experience with Figma, Tailwind, or DaisyUI - Experience with customer discovery or sprint facilitation ## What we offer - Direct ownership — You'll shape the roadmap in conversation with the founder.
