Responsibilities
Develop and control integrated electromechanical construction schedules covering engineering, supply, construction, commissioning, and startup phases. Act as a technical reference for sustaining capital project planning and control, ensuring adherence to time, cost, scope, and safety objectives. Elaborate and monitor physical progress curves, performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, value added, and completion forecasts. Perform critical schedule analysis to identify critical path, constraints, risks, and opportunities, proposing recovery plans. Lead medium and short-term planning processes, promoting integration between engineering, supply, construction, operations, and contractors. Participate in project maturation processes in FEL stages (including FEL Slim and FEL Express). Execute schedule and execution risk analyses to support decision-making through scenarios and simulations. Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations for project governance. Monitor contractor performance regarding productivity, schedule adherence, resource utilization, and contractual milestones. Promote continuous improvement in construction planning and control processes.
