As Health & Safety Experts, we analyse and review work environments and processes, design prevention programs, investigate incidents, identify causes, and train employees for emergencies. Today, we secure the locations and projects of companies in various industries and cities across Europe. Our mission: Practical occupational health and safety that secures the workplaces of our clients. ## What to Expect You are the driving force behind building our Active Sourcing, always with the goal of creating a positive Candidate Experience. - Design Talent Search & Sourcing Strategies: You will work with us to identify and approach suitable candidates via common social media channels and develop your own sourcing strategies and instruments. - Optimize the Recruiting Process: You take responsibility for the entire recruiting process of the candidates you acquire – from applicant management to the coordination and execution of initial interviews. - Master Stakeholder Management: Cooperative and consultative collaboration at eye level with specialized departments and recruiters. - Build a Talent Pipeline: Forward-looking development of a talent pool for current and future needs, including the definition of suitable engagement measures for candidates. - Project Management (as a plus): Manage your own projects (e.g., defining KPIs in Active Sourcing) to continuously improve our application process. ## Your Profile - You are successfully pursuing your studies in HR, Business, or Social Economics, or a related field with a focus on HR. - You love administrative tasks and bring reliability and motivation to the table.
