Your mandate is singular: - Drive market liquidity - Execute institutional partnerships - Push platform volume without forcing Engineering to write unsafe code or forcing Regulatory to violate compliance You will be in a daily, high-friction collision with our Infrastructure and Compliance nodes. They are paid to lock the system down. You are paid to make the system move capital. ## Requirements - **Zero Startup Mentality**: We do not use the word "startup." We do not care about your Web3 Discord community management experience. - **Institutional Execution**: You must understand fiat gateways, order-book liquidity, high-frequency volume stress, and how to operate under strict capital constraints. - **Structural Supremacy**: You must be able to debate backend engineers on system load and debate compliance officers on jurisdiction routing.
