Gen Ai Architect

Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer with deep experience in NLP and reasoning systems to build and lead the intelligence layer of our products. This is a foundational leadership role with a clear path toward Head of AI / CTO, for someone who can combine technical depth with ownership, vision, and execution. You will not just build systems you will define how intelligence is structured, scaled, and integrated into products.

What You’ll Own
• Design and development of conversational AI systems and reasoning engines
• Ownership of the AI architecture and decision-making layer
• Defining technical direction, roadmap, and best practices for AI systems
• Building and mentoring a high-quality AI engineering team

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement reasoning workflows and decision systems
• Build systems that convert ambiguous user intent → structured logic → actionable outcomes
• Define approaches for hybrid intelligence (rule-based + AI-driven reasoning)
• Design and build advanced NLP systems (intent detection, entity extraction, context handling)
• Develop multi-turn dialogue systems with strong context awareness
• Create structured conversation flows and interaction models
• Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into controlled, production-grade workflows
• Design prompt strategies, response control mechanisms, and evaluation systems
• Take ownership of AI system architecture and long-term roadmap
• Hire, mentor, and scale the AI team
• Establish engineering standards, evaluation methods, and best practices

Required Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in reasoning systems, workflows, or decision engines
• Experience in team building, leadership and mentoring engineers
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Rasa or similar NLP frameworks
• Experience designing multi-turn dialogue systems and conversational UX
• Strong understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, and context management
• Experience working with LLMs or modern AI systems

Preferred
• Experience in building production-grade conversational systems
• Experience with prompt engineering / agent workflows
• Experience defining technical roadmaps or product direction
• Knowledge of systems programming, compilers, or low-level architecture
• Experience in EdTech or interactive learning systems
