Responsibilities
Lead cosmetic and mechanical manufacturing process development from PoC to PVT; Develop and validate manufacturing processes including SOPs, SIPs, and inspection methods; Drive suppliers to resolve manufacturing and reliability issues; Evaluate and qualify new materials and finishes; Analyze cosmetic defects and drive yield improvement; Plan and execute reliability validation and implement corrective actions; Collaborate with Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Quality teams; Support supplier audits and manufacturing ramp-up across Taiwan, China, and Vietnam
