## About the role You will own the infrastructure that runs the XInfinitum testnet and mainnet validator nodes, the PALLAS firmware build and signing pipeline, and the CI/CD workflows for all product repositories. You'll harden the deployment pipeline, manage secrets and HSM integration for code signing, and ensure the network's infrastructure meets the security bar the product demands. ## Responsibilities - Own the infrastructure that runs the XInfinitum testnet and mainnet validator nodes - Manage the PALLAS firmware build and signing pipeline - Own the CI/CD workflows for all product repositories - Harden the deployment pipeline - Manage secrets and HSM integration for code signing - Ensure the network's infrastructure meets the security bar the product demands ## Requirements - Kubernetes / Docker - Terraform / IaC - CI/CD (GitHub Actions) - HSM / code signing - Linux server hardening - Secrets management (Vault) ## What we offer - 0.5% equity in Pilon Labs with a 4-year vest and 1-year cliff - Token package of 1,500,000 XFIN tokens - 25% of allocated tokens will become liquid at the token generation event - 12.5% must be locked up for 1 year - 12.5% must be locked up for 2 years - 50% must be locked up for 3 years (this is done to support the XFIN token and help to drive value) - Tokens will earn APY + multipliers during their staking periods ## About the company Pilon Labs is still in its pre-funding stages. We are not able to pay out salaries at this time. As such, we are offering equity and token packages to our applicants. Competitive salaries will follow once we have an appropriate amount of revenue.
