## About the Role
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to improve system reliability, automate workflows, and accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of security and performance.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalability and reliability
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve developer workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and manage applications in production
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure quick resolution (incident management)
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
## Preferred Qualifications
- IIT Graduates
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, etc.)
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems architecture
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation
- Exposure to cost optimization and cloud resource management
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.)
