## About the role We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at ValueCount. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building a brand presence through creative and strategic content on platforms like Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media channels. You will also manage and grow the founder's personal page while developing content strategies in line with the creator's vision. ## Responsibilities - Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. - Founder's Page Management: Curate and manage the founder's personal page, ensuring it aligns with brand values and engages the target audience. - Social Media Engagement: Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and increase organic reach through insightful content. - Brand Building: Assist in building brand authority by crafting content that reflects the voice of the creator and the company's values. - Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance, and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversions. ## What we offer - Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on your experience and performance. - Incentive-based opportunities for content performance. - A dynamic and creative work environment to enhance your skills and grow professionally. ## About the company ValueCount
