## About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional with 6+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a strategic as well as operational role in driving talent management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and organizational development initiatives. Beyond traditional HR, you'll also serve as our in-house psychologist, someone employees can come to for real support, not just process. This is a high-ownership role; you're not supporting HR, you're running it. ## Responsibilities *Working as a HR Manager at Navtech, you will:* ### 1. Talent Planning & Acquisition * Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles * Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning * Build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency ### 2. Employee Lifecycle Management * Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exit processes * Ensure smooth employee experience across all touchpoints * Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks * Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs) ### 3. Employee Engagement & Culture * Plan and execute engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies * Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture ### 4. HR Operations & Compliance * Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance * Maintain HR documentation, audits, and MIS reporting ### 5. Learning & Development * Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs * Support leadership development and succession planning ### 6. Employee Relations * Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution * Ensure fair and consistent policy implementation ### 7. In-House Counselling & Mental Health * Act as the organization's in-house psychologist. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with employees, provide confidential support for personal and professional challenges, run mental wellness check-ins, and refer to external specialists when needed.
