Responsibilities
Managing onboarding of merchants, business accounts, individual accounts, and crypto clients; Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating agreements and onboarding documentation; Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle; Gaining a deep understanding of clients' business models, including crypto-related use cases; Building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships; Managing the end-to-end merchant and account registration process with internal teams and external contractors; Working closely with Risk and AML teams to ensure all client profiles meet regulatory and internal compliance standards; Conducting due diligence (DD) checks and assessing business, operational, and compliance risks; Supporting or performing technical setup, including terminal and account configuration; Identifying onboarding inefficiencies and proactively suggesting process improvements
