Execute maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce; Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling; Research and validate parent-child account relationships; Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities; Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action; Flag ambiguous, high-risk, or unclear account creation requests to the Manager for review.
