Deliver underground and surface training, inductions and mandatory refresher programs; Conduct competency assessments and maintain accurate training records; Support partnerships with RTOs for nationally recognised training; Maintain and support Learning Management Systems and training matrices; Assist in development of eLearning and digital training content; Promote safe work practices and support hazard awareness, risk management and emergency response training; Provide coaching and support to workers and supervisors to address training and competency requirements
