Independently execute, monitor, and interpret in vivo mouse cancer studies (CDX, PDX, disseminated, syngeneic); Evaluate novel cancer therapeutics in vivo through efficacy, PK, and tolerability studies; Collect and prepare tissue from in vivo tumor studies for PD analysis; Identify, validate and utilize humanized mouse models; Interpret results and design relevant experiments to further project goals.
