Social Media Manager

## About the Role StepsAI is looking for a multi-disciplinary social media and creative marketer who can grow our online presence, build affiliate and creator partnerships, and produce engaging content across platforms. This is a role for someone who is: - Creative (ideas, hooks, storytelling) - Execution-focused (daily content engine) - Socially aware (trend-driven, meme-aware) - Relationship oriented (manages creators/affiliates smoothly) You will own StepsAI's social presence, creator collaborations, and creative assets that build awareness, engagement, and growth. ## Key Responsibilities ### Social Media Management (Primary Duty) - Own daily posting, scheduling, and growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and more. - Create a consistent brand voice and visual identity for StepsAI. - Develop platform-specific content calendars. - Identify trends, cultural moments, and viral hooks for quick creative ideas. - Increase organic followers, engagement rate, and community participation. ### Creative Content Creation - Create engaging short-form videos, reels, carousels, explainers, demos, memes, visuals, etc. - Own ideation → scripting → recording support → editing → publication. - Work with internal team to turn AI features into compelling stories. - Repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts, blog posts) into micro-content. - Produce UGC-style, relatable content for the AI/productivity niche. ### Affiliate / Influencer / Creator Management - Build and manage an affiliate program for content creators and micro-influencers in AI, SaaS, productivity, and tech niches. - Identify creators, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate campaigns. - Track performance metrics (clicks, conversions, engagement). - Maintain relationships with creators and manage repeat collaborations. - Run UGC creator programs for ads, testimonials, or product showcases. ### Community & Engagement Support - Engage with users across comments, DMs, Discord, X replies, etc. - Support community-led challenges, events, AMAs, etc. - Turn user feedback into social content ideas. - Activate ambassadors and encourage user-generated content. ### Analytics & Growth Insights - Track channel KPIs using insights tools. - Optimize content based on engagement data, drop-off patterns, and trends. - Provide weekly reports on performance, learnings, and next steps. ## KPIs for the first 90 days - 50 to 60% increase in organic engagement across social platforms - 8–12 high-quality pieces of content per week - Launch StepsAI's affiliate/creator program - Onboard first 20–50 affiliates/micro-creators - Produce a weekly creative insights report - Generate 5–10 UGC videos per month (creator collabs) ## About us StepsAI is building the next generation of AI agents that businesses can instantly deploy on their websites, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
