## About the role Working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager, internal creators, video production partners, and social strategy leads, you'll help shape a recurring content series, script short-form videos, and develop platform-native social moments that make skilling feel relevant, useful, and engaging. Help shape video-first social series strategy in partnership with the Senior Social Media Manager, internal creators, and video production teams — including recurring formats, hooks, storylines, scripts, and platform-specific creative direction. Script short-form videos, collaborating with creators, internal SMEs, and production partners to translate skilling stories, product education, and learner insights into fast, scroll-worthy content. Lead audience-specific social campaigns as needed, developing creative approaches tailored to priority audiences such as business users, students, IT professionals, developers, educators, or other learner segments. Identify emerging trends, questions, or conversation starters from the community to inform content planning. Maintain and evolve engagement playbooks and response frameworks for consistency across platforms. Help maintain a healthy, inclusive community environment by moderating and guiding platform conversations. ## Requirements * Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in content creation, copywriting, content strategy, or creator marketing * OR Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, content strategy, or creator marketing * OR equivalent experience * 1+ year(s) experience creating content tailored for social media platforms, with an understanding of how creators communicate across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels. * 2+ years of experience in social media, copywriting, or digital community management. * Established copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms and formats. * Experience scripting for short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) with a focus on storytelling and clarity. * Proven ability to manage and moderate social communities with empathy and consistency. * Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. * Experience reviewing and approving agency work—comfortable giving clear, actionable feedback. * Detail-oriented and collaborative, with a sense of what resonates on social and what's off-brand. * Experience in tech, education, or working with learner or developer communities. ## Nice to have * Experience in tech, education, or working with learner or developer communities.
