Your role will be to help grow the company’s partner ecosystem.

We are seeking a rockstar Business Development Associate to help drive our national expansion.

Your role will be to grow the company’s partner ecosystem. You will join a small, high-growth team in an early-stage environment with massive potential.

Responsibilities

Build a pipeline of new partners.
Onboard new partners.
Help develop new processes and tools for streamlining Business Development and partner growth.
Deeply understand our partner base and what drives retention among cohorts.
Lead and refine partner cohort analysis.
Work closely with Operations to understand current pain points and implement initiatives to increase engagement and growth.
Lead partner engagement end to end (lead generation, outreach, and other content).

Skills you'll learn

Strategic prospecting: how to quickly find, qualify, and target the right partners in any industry
Independent sales execution: running their own pitches and calls with confidence early on
Data-driven optimization: using A/B testing on emails, scripts, and follow-ups to improve response and close rates
Basic CRM use: how to utilize basic importing features in Hubspot
Professionalism: practicing calling and emailing to high-level professionals in an appropriate tone

Qualifications

You have an interest in Buisiness Development and Growth.
You are competitive in nature and are able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You should be comfortable working with little supervision.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are very organized and detail-oriented.
You are familiar with the healthcare and/or wellness industry.
