Provide executive protection services to company leadership during domestic and international travel; Support Global Security & Crisis Management operations by providing security coverage at leadership meetings, business conferences, and incident management; Conduct daily executive calendar reviews and coordinate with staff and leadership to ensure seamless security integration; Lead comprehensive trip planning and logistics including security plan creation, risk assessments, and coordination with key stakeholders for executive travel, events and off-site events; Maintain security documentation and protocols including Risk Registers, Internal Threat Databases, and Standard Operating Procedures for all protection activities; Assist the Building Operations and Investigation functions as needed to support broader security objectives
