## About the role As an Order & Dispatch Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day orders, dispatches, and logistics across all platforms. You will coordinate with courier partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate tracking, and smooth execution. This role is crucial to maintaining a seamless order-to-dispatch process and strong customer experience. ## Responsibilities - Process and monitor daily orders from Amazon, Shopify, Vendor Central, etc - Schedule pickups and coordinate with courier partners via Shiprocket or other platforms - Track order lifecycle: dispatched, in-transit, delivered - Ensure order dispatch within 24–48 hour TAT - Raise and monitor return pickup requests - Ensure proper packaging instructions are followed by warehouse team - Track vendor central POs and coordinate dispatch with B2B platforms - Maintain daily dispatch logs and missed/delayed order reports - Assist with RTO management and weekly return follow-ups ## Daily & Weekly Tasks - Daily: Process all incoming orders from all marketplaces - Daily: Schedule courier pickups and ensure handover - Daily: Maintain tracking sheet for all in-transit and delivered orders - Daily: Coordinate with courier/warehouse for delayed pickups - Weekly: RTO analysis and reporting - As needed: Vendor PO processing and tracking ## Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce order processing or logistics - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify - Good knowledge of dispatch workflows, inventory systems, and courier platforms like Shiprocket - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely
