Lead SSC support across the E2E contractual deal lifecycle; Act as the main bridge between Pursuit, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, Operations, and SSC SMEs; Translate customer and commercial asks into clear SSC requirements and deployment needs; Provide high-level feasibility assessments covering operating model, tools, systems, infrastructure, resources, financial flows, and cost allocation; Support cost assessment and profitability decisions; Orchestrate SME engagement to design, validate, and optimize contractual business flows; Identify capability gaps and propose pragmatic interim solutions; Project manage contractual service deployments with clear milestones and handover; Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and reduce cost; Mentor junior team members and contribute to building standard practices.
