In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, data, and integration, helping ensure that critical information is clearly defined, traceable, and usable across a complex financial services environment. You will combine business analysis with hands-on work in data stewardship, data mapping, and reference data management. The focus is not on data modeling, but on translating business needs into clear mapping logic and creating the structure integration teams need to move forward with confidence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a large-scale transformation where data quality and clarity are essential. ## Responsibilities - Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and traceable data mappings. - Define and help govern reference data so it is used consistently across integrations and downstream consumers. - Make sure data assets are aligned, controlled, and fit for use across systems and processes. - Support integration teams with clear schema inputs and mapping logic that can be implemented effectively. - Work with GitHub-based data mapping workflows and agents to maintain mappings in a structured and version-controlled way. - Collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders in a complex environment. ## Requirements - Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services. - Experience working with regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives. - Proven ability to write clear, structured, and implementable business requirements. - Strong analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets. - Experience working in complex stakeholder environments involving business and IT teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent Swedish and English. ## Nice to Have - Experience from a highly tech-focused area within financial services. ## Benefits - Permanent employment at Avaron AB - Occupational pension - Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year ## Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
