Own end-to-end accounts payable processing for DeepL SE; Analyse AP ageing, spend, and approval data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities; Build and maintain variance analysis on AP accruals and open POs; Support cash flow forecasting by modelling upcoming payment obligations; Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers; Reconcile corporate credit card statements; Support month-end and year-end close activities; Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation; Partner with Procurement, Legal, and budget owners for supplier onboarding; Help develop P2P team structures and standards for digitalisation; Use tools including Workday, Omnea, and Databricks to build dashboards and ad-hoc analysis; Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
