Ensure efficient operations to achieve business KPIs across Safety, Productivity, and Team Engagement; Lead the team and coordinate workloads; Monitor issues to ensure quality standards and product targets are met; Provide frontline leadership, coaching, training, and support to team members; Support a culture of Safety and continuous improvement; Comply with company Quality, GMP, Hygiene, and Food Safety policies; Provide daily reporting to the Supervisor; Induct and support new production operators and labour hire personnel.
