Maintain understanding of current and projected fleet growth; Act as primary planner for Service & Maintenance location capacity; Collaborate with Strategy and Fleet Operations to define long-term capacity requirements; Develop models to evaluate and communicate capacity needs; Track Operations Infrastructure projects for alignment with fleet sizing; Evaluate and refine capacity ratio targets against projected fleet counts; Recommend project sizing, scope, and location to Capital Projects team; Prioritize projects based on company milestones
