Responsibilities
Conduct motivating individual counseling and accompany participants through the activation and integration process; Provide social pedagogical support to stabilize personal life situations and promote social competencies; Perform crisis intervention and resource-oriented developmental coaching; Plan and execute group and project offerings on communication, conflict resolution, health promotion, daily life training, and career orientation; Collaborate with network partners such as job centers, youth offices, counseling centers, and companies; Cooperate closely with job coaches, instructional staff, and the client; Document support processes and create support and integration plans and participant-specific reports; Support family-related issues and organize childcare; Contribute to concept development and quality assurance
