Lead board-level product engineering activities from concept through production release, Drive hardware readiness reviews including EVT, DVT, PVT, Pilot, and Mass Production milestones, Own and support rapid deployment schedules and production ramps, Manage product risks, mitigation plans, and execution schedules, Coordinate cross-functional activities across Hardware Design, ASIC, Operations, Test Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and Supply Chain teams, Drive manufacturing readiness reviews with contract manufacturing partners, Own DFM, DFA, DFT, and manufacturability improvements, Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for production issues, Monitor factory KPIs including First Pass Yield, Failure rates, RMA trends, Coordinate qualification of alternate suppliers and manufacturing sites, Coordinate development and deployment of manufacturing and functional tests, Drive yield improvement, assembly and test optimization programs
