Plan and coordinate prototype PCB builds with Engineering, Procurement, and manufacturing partners; Drive build readiness by ensuring components, PCBs, tooling, and test equipment are available; Support DFM/DFA reviews and incorporate manufacturing feedback; Support early board builds at CEMs and drive issue resolution; Define manufacturing test strategies, fixtures, and firmware; Maintain NPI documentation including assembly instructions and traceability; Support procurement, RFQs, and material planning; Capture lessons learned to improve manufacturing processes; Travel to CEM/manufacturing locations for support.
