Execute on this roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of releases that resonate with users. - Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee every stage of the product lifecycle, from ideation through to product retirement. Facilitate a comprehensive understanding of deliverables, guarantee on-time releases, and foster user engagement. - Innovation and Creativity: Ideate and conceptualize inventive features and capabilities that redefine the boundaries of what's possible within the fintech sector. - Market Understanding: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, the market, and the competitive landscape. Your technical acumen and ability to comprehend technical documentation will be essential. ## Requirements - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Product Management is required. - Educational Background: A strong pedigree in reputed organizations such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a Software Engineering degree from a top-tier institution. Previous Product Management experience is also valuable. - Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in reading and comprehending technical documents is crucial for effectively communicating with the technical team. - Fintech Exposure: While fintech experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven experience in driving product improvements through various learning methods such as user testing, data analysis, and A/B testing. - Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and frameworks like Jira, Confluence, Agile, and Scrum. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credentials are preferred. - Global Motivation: A willingness and motivation to relocate to the U.S., although this is not mandatory. ## Compensation Compensation will be determined based on experience and the impact brought to the role.
