Responsibilities
Analyze parametric, probe, final test, reliability, and failure analysis data to identify trends and process shifts; Provide technical assessment and disposition recommendations for manufacturing lot holds and process deviations; Serve as primary engineering resource for rapid investigation of production issues; Evaluate impact of process changes, equipment modifications, and material changes on device performance; Develop and execute characterization plans for process qualification and technology transfers; Correlate wafer sort, package test, and device characterization data to determine root causes; Perform statistical analysis to identify yield detractors and optimization opportunities; Generate technical reports and communicate findings to management and cross-functional teams; Support reliability investigations and customer-facing quality issues; Drive implementation of automated data analysis methodologies
