Mentor and grow a diverse team of analog/mixed-signal IC design engineers, Assign projects and provide technical guidance across multiple products, Lead architecture and circuit design of GaN driver ICs, Define IP serving multiple products for efficiency reuse, Ensure robust design methodologies for WBG devices (dV/dt immunity, EMI mitigation, fast switching), Work with physical designers to monitor IC layout progress, Oversee design verification, silicon evaluation, and production release, Develop schedules and resource plans for concurrent projects, Work with systems, applications, and marketing engineers to define product requirements, Collaborate with validation and test engineering for production transfer, Interface with customers and field teams for requirements and support, Drive new concept creation and long-term roadmap formulation, Define and enforce IP quality standards for industrial and automotive products
