Design and develop high-current, low-voltage power stages for multi-phase buck converters; Own full design cycle from architecture through layout supervision and silicon validation; Optimize power stage performance for efficiency, switching speed, thermal management, and area; Collaborate with systems teams to define power stage specifications; Work with layout engineers to implement high-performance, high-density layouts; Perform circuit simulations including DC, AC, transient, and corner analysis; Support silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization activities; Interface with applications and product engineering teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements; Contribute to design methodology improvements and best practices
