Responsibilities
Develop short-, medium-, and long-range OSAT supply plans; Translate product demand into assembly and test requirements; Manage wafer and die inventory movement; Coordinate production starts and priorities with OSAT partners; Monitor capacity, cycle time, yield, and WIP; Identify and mitigate capacity or material constraints; Manage OSAT allocation when demand exceeds capacity; Synchronize die availability with OSAT capacity; Monitor production expedites and recovery plans; Partner with OSAT suppliers to improve delivery performance; Monitor critical packaging materials availability; Support capacity planning for future requirements; Provide supply commits and constraint visibility to stakeholders; Participate in S&OP and supply reviews.
