Lead multi-functional infrastructure and ASIC development projects from concept through production, coordinating efforts across Silicon Engineering, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing, Operations, and external vendors, Manage all phases of ASIC development including design, verification, validation, qualification, and production release, ensuring seamless execution and delivery, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical requirements, architectural constraints, and product management goals delivering ASIC solutions and high-quality system products, Identify and implement process improvements across teams and functions to enhance efficiency and delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
