Responsibilities
Own customer and prospect privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and transfer impact assessments; Build and maintain accurate data flow maps and records of processing; Translate privacy laws and AI regulations into concrete requirements for engineering; Define privacy requirements for product and infrastructure changes; Own the operating model for privacy controls (retention, DSAR, consent, de-identification); Design and run operational auditing and remediation workflows; Own the subprocessor and vendor privacy review process; Own privacy enablement (playbooks, training); Partner with Legal on DPAs and SCCs; Partner with Security to reuse privacy and security evidence.
